COMPETITOR RACE INFORMATION
The following is some important race information:
- Wave start times will be issues by e-mail to all competitors on Wednesday the 5th of October.
- Wave start times will be between 8.15am and 10.00am (you’ll be able to watch the Rugby!)
- Friday night registration and bike drop off is on in Kate Kearney’s Cottage from 5.00pm until 11.00pm.
- You cannot register or drop off your bike on Saturday morning.
- Kate Kearney’s is approx 20mins from Killarney Town.
- All competitors must come to Muckross to be transported to the start line 15 minutes before their scheduled wave departure.
- Expect to start the race 45 minutes after you leave Muckross House.
- Mandatory gear will be checked on Friday night and Saturday Morning before the start of the race.
- Please familiarize yourself with the route before the race.
- Please note the route change to the Stage one of the race.
- Cut off point for Mangerton Mountain is 2.00pm
- Cut off point for Torc Mountain is 3.30pm
- The official after race party and BBQ is on in The Lane Bar in the Ross Hotel.
- Prize giving is at 8.00pm in the Lane Bar.
