If you’re feeling that the last stage is a bit long we have added a shortened 50km route option which reduces the last 18km mountain run to 10km. You will make a choice at the top of Torc waterfall. At this point you can either continue up Mangerton Mountain or follow a tough 8km around Torc Mountain.

Registration

Registration is limited to 400 individual entries and 100 relay entries, places are filling up so register now to avoid disappointment. You can register as an individual or a 3/4 person relay team Register Here

Accommodation

We have partnered with local hotels and hostels to give you the best accommodation packages for the weekend. From as little as €20 per night you can stay in Killarney International Hostel or for €99 for 2 nights and one dinner you can stay in the Holiday Inn Killarney. For all our accommodation deals check out our accommodation section of the web site

Training

Training should be well under way now. Our best advice is to enter some of the other adventure races happening around Ireland over the next couple of months. Try entering some of these great events: Gaelforce West, Achill ROAR, Wicklow Adventure Race, Motivate Challenge, Dingle adventure race, South coast endurance challenge, or a triathlon event is also a great way to get you up to speed with training.
