Training

Training should be well under way now. Our best advice is to enter some of the other adventure races happening around Ireland over the next couple of months. Try entering some of these great events: Gaelforce West, Achill ROAR, Wicklow Adventure Race, Motivate Challenge, Dingle adventure race, South coast endurance challenge, or a triathlon event is also a great way to get you up to speed with training.
